2019 – May 18th beach clean-up on Dollymount beach

Saturday 18 May 2019 – 53 Volunteers attended our May 18th Weekend beach clean-up on Dollymount on a windy and overcast Saturday morning in Dublin City.

We targeted the beach area, the rocks, and the coastline opposite St Anne’s park. 76 bags of rubbish made up mainly of plastic bottles, micro-plastics, and coffee cups were removed from the beach by our volunteers. The rubbish was collected by Dublin City Council on the day.
